Typophiles, 1967. Original yellow cloth. Fine. One of 400 copies for the
Typophiles.Chapbook 44. 24 pp. Illustrated. Designed by Ward Ritchie. $40.00
Kindersley, David. Graphic variations. [Cambridge, England, David
Kindersley & Lida Lopes Cardozo, c1979]. Yellow dust jacket attached to
plain wrappers. Lightly bumped at the head and foot of the backstrip and
corners, otherwise near fine. 4-p. introduction by Kindersley followed by
alphabets and sayings on colored papers. $40.00
Morison, Stanley. Tact in typographical design: a type
specimen. [Cambridge, Rampant Lions Press, 1962]. Original green printed
wrappers. Fine. The first full showing of "Monotype" Octavian, Series
603-14, a new roman and italic designed by Will Carter and David
Kindersley. The text is an extract from the Introduction to The typographic
book to be published in 1962. This is one of 100 advance copies printed by
Will Carter at the Rampant Lions Press on the occasion of the 165th meeting
of the Double Crown Club at Magdalene College, 22nd June 1962. Fitzwilliam
