colonial days, including St. Albans in the Wars, stores and storekeepers,
postal service, mines, churches and schools, early roads and transportation,
etc. Among the illustrations and maps is one fold-out map. This copy is
numbered 17 of and edition of 550 copies, and INSCRIBED and SIGNED by both
authors on front free endpaper. Bound in dark blue cloth over boards with
gilt stamped spine and upper board lettering. Mild bumps to heel of spine
and lower fore corners.    $50.00
