We have a large collection of other Gaberbocchus Press material that we plan to
catalogue in 2005.

SMITH, Stevie. SOME ARE MORE HUMAN THAN OTHERS.
(London): Gaberbocchus Press (1958). First Edition. Humorous
sketch book illustrated by the author. Laid in is an
index-card size piece of paper on which is a busy drawing
for a book titled Atlantic Anthology and bears the initials
"S S 45." While some similarities exist, it is not quite in
Smith's style. However, this copy came from the estate of
Douglas Newton, editor of the book NEW VOICES - ATLANTIC
ANTHOLOGY published in 1945 by the Fortune Press. Mr. Newton
also had in his possession an uncorrected proof of another
title by Smith containing an original drawing. Be that as it
may, we are offering this book at a price as if the drawing
were not present, and may it be a pleasant surprise for
someone. About Fine in slightly darkened, Near Fine
          dustwrapper. $125.00
