Dear Colleagues :

I am looking for catalogs and mailings made by these Japanese/American and 
American firms which dealt in Japanese Goods:

Yamanaka Co. -NY

A. A.Van Tine & Co.

Bunkio Matsuki Boston [Matsuki Co.]

Morimura Brothers, NY

Edward Greey & Co. NY.

Also any other American firms dealing in Japanese hand made products before 
1920.

Catalogs of Japanese concerns in both the USA and Japan also of interest in 
such fields as:

furniture; Objet d'art; garden furniture and ornaments; dishes, pots, pans, 
teapots, drapery, screens, Etc.

Books primarily photographic with texts in either Japanese or other 
langauges. Any subject. Little itsy booklets also of interest. Booklets 
which use photogravure or collotype processes rather than 1/2 tone 
preferred, but not required.

Books which show Japanese architecture and interiors, including books on 
specific temples.

Separately issued maps of Japan, Japanese districts, islands,  town plans, 
texts in Japanese or other languages. Not of interest if the seem to have 
been published much after 1913.

Author inscribed volumes about Japan or by Japanese on any subject printed 
before 1930 also of interest.

Business histories in Japanese or any other language about Japanese firms 
before 1930.

The Permanent Japanese industrial fairs outside Kyoto, Tokyo and Osaka 
[19th century] always of interest.

This is for stock, so quote any time.
