EDITION.  32 p.l., 313 (i.e., 213), [4] p. 15 cm. Title vignette.  A famous
study of Roman law dealing with time, property and inheritance. KVK the
earliest edition that of 1563 at Wolfenbuettel. Herzog-August-Bibliothek,
the BN and Munchen. Not in COPAC. OCLC, the earliest edition is 1573 [CGU].
Harvard not only has this issue it also has the reprints of 1581 and
1584.Original vellum. With the ownership note on the inner front board "Di
casa Figluoli di Empoli." With the name "Scipionis Folius[?]" on the TP.
Also with a very old and unrecognized seal stamped on the title page in a
greyish hue. A Fine copy. $1650.00
