the more common second binding of gray cloth. INSCRIBED and SIGNED by 
the author to Kathleen Shaw "with best wishes" on 7 March 1940. We 
have handled one other copy of this book inscribed in the same way on 
the same day and assume that Wright must have made a public appearance
