(2), 22; Volume 2, (1), 22. Each title page with wide historicated woodcut 
border, music and lyrics on 5 staves, 8 per page, diamond headed music 
notation. Bound in full period paper wraps with spine strip made of scraps 
of a contemporary hand written score.
