pages; gothic lettering throughout.  Gray cloth with impressed gilt 
decoration and gothic lettering on front cover and spine. With the 
small, round sticker of its Canadian publisher (i.e., retailer) Clarke 
Irwin pasted on the inside lower front paste-down.  A brilliant, fresh
