pgs] Good. First signature is loose with detached pages, all present, 
signatures at center of book loose with thread showing.  Front 
interior hinge cracked.  Some shelf wear to extremities.  Contents

2.  CONVERSE, PARKER. LINDALL.  1642-1892 LEGENDS OF WOBURN 
1642-1892. NOW FIRST WRITTEN AND PRESERVED IN COLLECTED FORM WITH 
TWENTY-THREE FULL-PAGE PLATES AND EIGHT TAIL-PIECES TO WHICH IS ADDED 
A CHRONO-INDEXICAL HISTORY OF WOBURN. Woburn, Mass: Published by the 
Author, 1892. First edition. Green cloth with black embossed titling 
and design, gilt lettering and design at spine. Signed by the author. 
8vo. [177 pgs] Very good. Ex-lib with usual marks.  Previous owner's 
attractive bookplate with matching leather labels at boards.  Minor 
wear at extremities, contents are clean and tight.  $75.00

3.  GAGE, THOMAS AND BRADFORD, REV. JAMES.  HISTORY OF ROWLEY, 
ANCIENTLY INCLUDING BRADFORD, BOXFORD, AND GEORGETOWN, FROM THE YEAR 
1639 TO THE PRESENT TIME. WITH AN ADDRESS DELIVERED SEPTEMBER 5, 
1839, AT THE CELEBRATION OF THE SECOND CENTENNIAL ANNIVERSARY OF ITS 
SETTLEMENT, THE. Boston: Ferdinand Andrews, 1840. Illustrated by two 
plates, both tinted; one a map with names of residents laid-out, the 
other a view of the common. First edition. Brown cloth with blind 
embossed designs at boards and gilt lettering and design at spine. 8" 
x 5". [483 pgs] Very good. Split in cloth covering front hinge, with 
no loss.  Light stains to front board.  Mild scattered foxing to 
contents.  Previous owner's signature at ffep (Robert Cross). 
Contents are tight and clean. Much about the Indian wars. A very 
detailed account of the lives and deaths of the inhabitants. 
Wonderful genealogical tool. Scarce.  $250.00

Fine/Near fine. Epilogue by Charles T. Burke.  Very clean and sound.

are partially cracked but intact. Minor shelf wear at extremities.
