COLLINS, Wilkie. AUTOGRAPH NOTE SIGNED (ANS). A brief note clipped
from  the closing of a letter. In full: "shall be sent to you as  soon
as  they  are set up." SIGNED "Yours truly Wilkie Collins."  The  note
measures  3-5/8" x 2-7/8" and is matted with a magazine print portrait
of  Collins (now badly torn) to an overall size of 8" x 10". The  note
was  mounted some time ago and was laid down at the corners. While  it
can  certainly  be  displayed as it is, the note  would  benefit  from
archival treatment. Very Good                                  $350.00
