Frontispiece (‘Destruction of the Aeropile’) and 14 full-page b&w 
illustrations.  In blue-gray decorative cloth depicting the aeropile as 
a combination dragonfly and old shoe, gilt titles.  One tip worn, spine 
lightly sunned, moisture spots to 25% of back cover; edge of title page 
foxed (contact with frontis).  Generally, an entirely presentable copy.
