Offering; a rare early P.G. Wodehouse appearance:

WODEHOUSE, P.G.  THE MAN UP-STAIRS [also known as THE MAN UPSTAIRS] [in]
COSMOPLOITAN Magazine, March, 1910 issue.  New York: International Magazine
Company. 1910.  1st appearance in print of this story, later collected in
THE MAN UPSTAIRS AND OTHER STORIES [1914]. The Wodehouse story is
illustrated by James Montgomery Flagg. A complete copy of this magazine in
the original colour pictorial wrappers. A very nice copy, slight chipping
to the edge of the cover where it overlaps the page edges, tiny splits at
spine ends, staples unrusted, white paper - overall a near fine copy with
no restoration whatsoever. Rare.  $250.00  US postpaid
