edition.  Copy  #1411  of 1426 deluxe numbered copies  SIGNED  by  the
author  on the facsimile page of the D-Day Order to send the troops to
storm  the beaches of Normandy, which begins: "You are about to embark
upon  the  Great  Crusade,  toward which we have  striven  these  many
months.  The eyes of the world are upon you." Acetate with small  chip
at  heel of spine; slipcase lightly soiled. Fine in Very Good original
acetate and slipcase, scarce thus.                            $4500.00
