ARMY WEEKLY JANUARY 6, 1943 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1943.
[New York]: [Enlisted Men, U.S. Armed Services], [1943]. Full cloth, Folios,
220+ pages, black & white photographs, illus.. .
      The complete run of YANK magazine for the year 1943. YANK was only
available to those in the armed services during World War II, and these are
individual issues bound up with their covers intact into two large hardcover
volumes. Bound in red cloth over boards with white and black printed titles
on spines and upper boards, dark blue endpapers. NOT ex-library volumes.
Volume 2 has Henry L. Stimson's name and title as Secretary of War imprinted
near bottom edge of upper board in the manner of a prior owner. Both volumes
have some fading on endpapers, light extremity rubs, and some external soil
on boards. Some leaves inside have edge tears, but no loss of any text.
