1.    KEYNES, John Maynard. /THE ECONOMIC CONSEQUENCES OF THE PEACE/. 
Bound in original dark blue cloth with gilt spine lettering. Macmillan. 
London. 1919. 1st edition, hb blue cloth.8vo, pp. vii, 279. Boards 
bumped, scuffed and soiled, with some rubbing to extremities. Binding 
sl. sprung, but hinges tight. A good copy. Bookplate on front pastedown 
of previous owner. Signature and date (1919) in pencil on verso. First 
25, or so, pages creased (from being folded over). (031664) $125.00.

2.    KEYNES, John Maynard. /ESSAYS IN BIOGRAPHY/. Corners a bit bumped 
& bds. a bit scuffed, sl. soiled; else g/vg. With black-and-white 
photographs. Macmillan. Toronto. 1933.  1st Canadian edition, 8vo, pp. 
x, 318. This volume is identical to the first English edition and was 
also printed in England. Divided into two sections: "Sketches of 
Politicians" (including Lloyd George, Winston Churchill, Bonar Law 
etc.), and "Lives of Economists" (including Malthus, Alfred Marshall, 
Edgeworth and Ramsey). Small ink signature on fep, and larger, "xed-out" 
ink signature on ffep. (028054) $40.00.

3.    KEYNES, John Maynard. /THE GENERAL THEORY OF EMPLOYMENT INTEREST 
AND MONEY/. Bound in original dark blue cloth with gilt spine 
lettering.Macmillan. London. 1936. 8vo, pp. xii, 403. First published in 
February, 1936, this is the second printing, which followed immediately 
thereafter and was published in March. Bookplate on front pastedown of 
University of London Travelling Libraries (marked "Cancelled"). 
Bookplate on front free endpaper of previous owner, with his name stamp 
under Univ. of London bookplate. Discrete Univ. of London oval stamp on 
copy right page, over which has been stamped in small letters the words 
"U of L. withdrawn". Similarly to last page. Scrape to rear pastedown 
(pocket removal?). Boards bumped, with some minor rubbing to extremities 
and light soiling. Gilt lettering on spine a bit rubbed, but otherwise 
spine clean and unmarked. Binding a bit shaken, but hinges and joints 
tight. A good copy. See Printing and the Mind of Man 423. (031663) $150.00.

4.    KEYNES, John Maynard. /A REVISION TO THE TREATY Being a Sequel to 
The Economic Consequences of the Peace/. Bound in original dark blue 
cloth with gilt spine lettering. Macmillan. London. 1922. 1st edition. 
8vo, pp. viii, 223. With six pages of publisher's ads at end advertising 
Keynes' other publications (with press notices). Bookplate on front 
pastedown of previous owner. Typical off-setting to free endpapers. One 
inch pull to front of spine near bottom. Boards bumped,scuffed, mod. 
soiled, and with some edge-rubbing. Binding a bit sprung, but hinges 
tight. Content clean. A good, to good plus, copy. (031665) $100.00.
