the  Library  of the Presidents by Easton Press and SIGNED in full  by
Carter  on the limitation leaf. With an eight-page pamphlet containing
an  introduction  by  Edmund  Muskie, Secretary of  State  during  the
Carter  administration.  The wrap-around-band from the press is  still
around  the  book  which has never been opened. A desirable  issue  of
