Illus. with 14 half-page wood engravings. 16mo. Blind stamped blue 
cloth with gilt titles to spine and front board.  First edition.

Billings is possibly Hammatt Billings (1818-1874). Some 
wood-engravings signed by William Jay Baker and John Andrew 
(1815-1875). Also published by the American the Tract Society the 
same year. Includes prose, fiction and poetry. A hard to find title.

A very good+ copy, spine rubbed, binding tight, leaves fresh, in a 
custom cloth slipcase with leather spine label. [25804] $150

be billed. Trade allowance. Postage for Domestic orders is $6.50 for 
the first book and $2.00 for each additional volume. Books are 
normally shipped USPS Priority Mail. For international orders, 
postage is calculated individually. All books may be returned in 
original condition for any reason within two weeks with prior 
notification.
