which  Whitney  has  SIGNED  and INSCRIBED "with  cordial  regard"  to
Governor  Charles  Edison,  son of Thomas Edison and governor  of  New
Jersey.    Fine  in  a  Near   Fine  slightly  soiled,   price-clipped
