printed.  Published  two days earlier in America, this  First  English
Edition  contains a brief postscript and a note that do not appear  in
the  American  edition. This is publisher Alfred A. Knopf's copy  with
his  Rockwell Kent bookplate on the front pastedown as well as on  the
inside  of  the chemise. Housed in a half green morocco slipcase  with
gilt  rules and lettering and a green cloth chemise. Hinges with  neat
repairs. Near Fine in Near Fine slipcase.                      $250.00
