New York: A. S. Barnes and Company, (1940). Full cloth, Octavo, xiv, 92
pages, black & white photographs, diagrams. Good, No dust jacket.
      Coach of lacrosse at Lehigh University offers history of the sport as
well as practical instruction on players, positions, common setups and
situations, attack, defense, coaching, and more. Probable first edition. No
other printings indicated, but A. S. Barnes didn't consistently designate
later printings in this period. Bound in tan cloth over boards with
black-stamped spine and upper board titles and rule. Mild browning to spine,
scattered silverfishing outside. Interior is clean and sound with just a bit
of browning along rear hinge.    $50.00
