Better known as the author of a popular Gay detective series, Hansen must 
have been birthing this baby for a long time. Set in the post Civil War 
south, this novel tackles the sticky question of how a O'Hara belle can 
reclaim her rightful position in society and marry her Rhett beau. This is 
made especially difficult, however, once it becomes known she was raised by 
a "black swamp women". Towards the end you'll find yourself cheering
