Printed for A. Strahan and T. Cadell
Two volumes.  Handsome, full mottled leather with gilded decorative
spines, readable titles and volume numbers,.  Covers are bordered in
gilt.  Gilt edges are decorated.  Marbled end papers.  Tight binding,
signatures soundly sewn, very clean, no writing or notes.  The hinges
have been professionally reinforced and require magnification to detect
There are two tiny chips in the leather near the top of the spine on
volume 1;  not that noticeable.  The top edge gilt has dimmed.  There
are small etched tasteful bookplates of The Wolcot Library on the
front pasted down end papers of each volume.  There are no markings.
