Vitelli’s Italian translation (here in the second edition) of the most 
important compilation of classical Greek and Byzantine writings (the so-called “
Geoponica”) on agriculture, husbandry and also on wine. In the 16th century there 
were two Italian translations, of which this is the rarer; the other is by
