DOUGLASS, Frederick. AUTOGRAPH LETTER SIGNED (ALS). Rochester:  23
Sept.  1869.  A  letter to F. H. Bullen on a 5" x 8"  sheet  of  lined
paper.  In full: "Mr. Wm Martin: Box 614, Brooklyn has undertaken  the
work  of making my appointments for me during the approaching  season.
Please  address  him  and if you do not hear from him soon I  will  be
glad  to  hear  from  you again. Douglass's full  SIGNATURE  with  the
closing "Respectfully yours." Fine                            $4000.00
