SIGNED by the author and INSCRIBED on the front endpaper on 4/14/95:
"To:/Our dear friend/Phyllis Diller-/who has brightened/the lives of
so many/including/Barbara Bush/and." Below that former President
George Bush has SIGNED his name with the added word "Love."
Comedienne Phyllis Diller's SIGNATURE on the half-title page. Near
