n.y..  A fine two-page SIGNED autograph letter @55 words on one  sheet
folded  in half so that the writing is on two separate pages. To a Mr.
Thayer  about  his  working  habits:  "Yes.  I  do  it  myself  --  no
assistant.  The  first  four  pleasant days of the  week  are  usually
chosen  also.  The  place  is  decided on from  day  to  day."  Hassam
concludes by mentioning three places. Fine                    $1000.00
