by  hand  by  Leslie  Miller  at The  Grenfell  Press  and  SIGNED  by
Kittredge  and  Helm.  Prospectus, with some pencil notations  on  it,
laid in. Fine without dustwrapper or slipcase, as issued.      $750.00
