pages.    First   English  Language  Edition   of  this   classic   of
autobiography,   originally  published  in   Paris  in  1791.  Grolier
American   Hundred  21:  "The  most   widely  read  of  all   American
autobiographies ... it holds the essence of the American way of life";
Howes  F-323.  Lacks  A1,  likely a half-title  page.  Mild  edgewear;
short  split to top of front joint and bottom of rear, but covers  are
