Very good.  Publisher's information sheet was pasted to front panel. 
Glue reside on front panel.  Publisher's info sheet laid in. 
Publisher's release date info in blue pencil or crayon.  Also, blue 
pencil mark on fore edge and near head of spine.  Slight curl at top and 
bottom corners.  Glue over flow mark at head of spine along with a very 
small chip where the head meets the front panel.  Some darkening of top
