Angeles]:  Sylvester  &  Orphanos (1990). First Edition.  A  miniature
book,  just  under three inches square, bound by hand in bright  green
silk  with  a gold-foil-bordered printed title label and  housed  in a
matching  green  silk folding case with gold foil  interior,  matching
printed  spine label, and a bone clasp. Printed letterpress by Patrick
Reagh  on Arches paper. Afterword by Stephen Spender. Copy #71 of  300
SIGNED  by both Greene and Spender on blank leaves at the end. Fine in
wallet-style case, as issued.                                  $400.00
