PARKER, Dorothy ENOUGH ROPE
Boni & Liveright New York 1926 First Edition. Her first solely-authored
book containing such gems as the couplet that helped to bring about the
contact lens industry: "Men seldom make passes/At girls who wear
glasses." In the scarce dustwrapper that has a 3/4" chip at the base of
the spine and a jagged 4" by 1-1/2" chip at its deepest on the bottom of
the rear panel which in no way affects any text. The front panel is
also cleanly separated at the spine edge. About Fine in a Good example
of the scarce dustwrapper. $600.00
