Copy #123 of only 250 SIGNED in full by the late President on the
limitation leaf. The scarcest issue of this book, much more difficult
to find than the Easton Press issue. Spine sunned, minor bump to
lower rear corner with resulting small tear to glassine. Near Fine in
original glassine, lacking the slipcase. $1000.00

beautifully bound in full red leather with numerous gold elephants
stamped on the front and rear covers and SIGNED in full by the former
President. Laid in is the 8-page pamphlet by Henry Kissinger that
serves as an introduction. Publisher's bookplate with owner name on
front free endpaper. About Fine $450.00
