edition. Crimson cloth gilt, t.e.g. 4to, 10.5"x13". [text 35 pgs]
Very good/Fair dust jacket. Some of the finest examples of goldwork
ever produced in England are described and pictured here. Minor
foxing to end papers and some soiling to boards. Scarce dust jacket
has some large chips to edges. $150.00 {73203}

black and white plates. First edition. Limited to 285 copies, of
which this is #149. Cloth gilt, t.e.g. Folio. [lxiv; 241 pgs] Very
good. Gorgeous book with paper like turkish cotton bed sheets. Some
fading to rear board and also some blistering to cloth. No foxing.
Good and strong. Very large and heavy book. $650.00 {73202}

THE. Letchworth, England : Arden Press, 1909. Illustrated by 50 black
and white full-page plates. Half morocco with cloth covered boards.
Original binding. 4to. [lvi; 116 pgs] Very good. Beautiful heavy
white paper. Contents fine, front board detached but present. A
lovely book documenting the English plate that was held in the
collection of the Tsar of Russia at the time of publication. This
Tsar was Nicholas II, who lost his throne 8 years later and his life,
a year after that, following The Russian Revolution. $325.00 {73200}
