Printed on vellum in an edition of 4 copies. Finely bound by Tout in full, gilt 
decorated, green morocco, raised spine bands, gilt ornamented red morocco 
pastedowns and moiré silk endpapers. A.e.g. Housed in a custom made blue cloth 
slipcase, lightly soiled. Tipped in on a blank preliminary is a one-page letter from 
the binder Samuel Tout to the book collector H. Buxton Forman, dated July 6, 
1898. Forman’s bookplate is on the verso of the front free endpaper. Another 
bookplate (of John B. Stetson, Jr.) is on a blank preliminary.     $4,500.00
