leather, spine worn but holding, manuscript Index at rear.  Most are 
either not in OCLC, or are recorded in a few copies 
only.  (Remonstrances & petitions of the Parliament of the Dauphine 
to the King; description of the fetes in Grenoble in 1788 celebrating 
the restoration of the local Parliament; historical & statistical 
reports on the area; the Convent, the Cathedral, & the ancient roads 
& plan of Grenoble; antiquities; warm springs; railroad branches 
(with folding map); construction of a Natural History Museum; an 
artillery school; concessions for silver, cobalt & nickel mining; a 
theater project, with 2 folding plans; &c, &c.)
A treasure trove for the antiquary and historian, difficult if not
