I can offer...

[CRIMEAN WAR]. Large portrait of General Pelissier of the French
Army printed on silk with surrounding vignettes of the war. Lyon:
Benolle (or Berolle) et Cie., no date, ca 1855-56]. $650
Appx. 32 inches square, streched on a backer board and framed.
The central portrait of the General is a lithograph, while the three
large vignettes around the edge (repeated four times) appear to be
wood-engravings. Small abraded spot in the blank section to the right
of the portrait, a few minor stains, but generally in very good
condition. A scarce commemorative textile.
Aimable Jean Jacques Pelissier, Duc de Malakoff (1794-1864)
commanded the 1st army corps in the Crimean War, 1854-55 and succeeded
Marshal Canrobert in supreme command; he stormed the Malakoff on Sept.
8, 1855, and for his service in the war was created marshal of France,
duc de Malakoff, and senator. The vignettes around the edge depict a
battle scene, a camp scene, and soldiers arrayed in unform.
From the collection of Leonard Carmichael (1898-1973), secretary
of the Smithsonian Institution from 1953 to 1964 and subsequently
vice-president for research and exploration at National Geographic.

Here are links to an overview image and a more detailed shot that shows
the three vignettes...
