Hildreth, Richard. The History of the United States of America, in six
volumes (complete).  NY: Harper & Brothers, 1877. Revised edition (original
1849). 8vo, dark blue cloth hardcovers, top edges gilt, other edges
rough-cut; paper spine labels. Labels are toned and a couple have minor edge
roughening, owner’s name in pencil on front flyleaf of first volume,
otherwise these are clean and bright inside and out, without notable wear or
marks.
