inches.  Frontispiece-portrait.  Original mailing label from Gwilym, 
N.Y.C., tipped in.  (Gwilym wrote other works such as "The Spirit in 
the Body Mystical."   He was a minister in the Episcopal Diocese of 
Long Island & there is a suggestion that he was at one time deprived
