ZOOLOGY... London: Printed by Thomas Davison et al. 1800-1826. 28 volumes (27 text 
volumes plus the Index volume). All published. Illustrated with 27 added engraved 
titles with vignettes (none was published with the Index vol.), and 1,218 
copper engraved plates (all called for). Cont. calf, gilt decorated borders, all 
volumes uniformly rebacked in brown morocco, gilt, with black calf spine 
labels. Small oval library stamp on added engraved titles. Library bookplates on 
front pastedowns. Occasional light foxing. Each volume with a Dewey number, “
590.8,” on the spine.     A very nice set and quite uncommon complete. $5,000.00
