1625. Folio (15-3/4” x 10-1/2”). (6),(380)pp. Double column text, consisting of 
760 numbered columns. With the 5 column leaf, “A Catalogue and True Note of 
the Names of Such Persons...” Two woodcut headpieces and 2 large pictorial 
capitals. Cont. calf, worn, rebacked in period style, brown calf spine label. 
Large gilt tooled royal armorial device on both covers. First two leaves a bit 
browned.     $1,750.00 (trade discount allowed)
This work was first published in 1617. Our 1625 edition is the fourth 
printing. STC# 17945.5 (with the added leaf, given its own STC #17944a[#9]). Only 3 
copies of this issue recorded in America.
