old, worn marbled boards. Bottom half of Title page and Subscriber page 
missing; the text is intact and complete. Includes An Alphabetical List 
of the First Purchasers Names, With their Places of Abode, &c. and 
Returns of Survey; and The Date of Surveys of all the Lots in the City 
of Philadelphia....    Does not include the map, which was issued
