C. W. Folsom, who compiled the mortality & burial records for the 
Union Army and later was Superintendent of the famous Mt. Auburn 
Cemetery and designer of the notable Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis 
(hence his interest in this book?)  Faded stamp of a club library on 
title page.  Except as noted, a nice, clean copy of an important
