Anderson, W. H. Auden (SOLD), Robert Lowell, Norman Mailer (SOLD), John
Masefield (SOLD), John O'Hara, Clifford Odets, Maxwell Perkins, E. H.

STAFFORD, William. 8 TYPED LETTERS SIGNED (TLSs) and 1 DOCUMENT
SIGNED (DS). 1959-1989. A thirty-year correspondence containing eight
Typed Letters to the same correspondent, another poet, all SIGNED as
"Bill Stafford," along with a release form from the Poetry Center of
Cleveland SIGNED as "William E. Stafford." The first letter is dated
31 October 1959 and the last is dated 14 July 1989. Also included are
several retained letters from the other poet. Mostly brief letters
about meetings, acquaintances, and schedules. Near Fine $850.00
