plans, diagrams,  and maps (many full or double page). Folio (39x29 
cm.). Polished navy blue cloth stamped with gilt titles and black, 
white and blue medallion, marbled endpapers. First edition. In French.

An illustrated history of French aviation. An excellent production 
from L'Illustration, this one under the direction of Charles Dollfus 
(1893-1981), who was the first and longtime conservator of Musee de 
l'Aeronautique and Henri Bouche, who was the author of  Economics of 
Air Transport. A very good or better copy, boards rubbed, minor wear

be billed. Trade allowance. Postage for Domestic orders is $4.00 for 
the first book and $1.50 for each additional volume. Books are 
normally shipped Media Mail. For international orders, postage is 
calculated individually. All books may be returned in original 
condition for any reason within two weeks with prior notification.
