called “Roxburghe copies.” (10),xii,610,(10);(4),iv,664,(16)pp. Illustrated
with engraved frontispieces, added engraved titles, one plate and several text
woodcuts & alphabets. Each page of text within an elaborate decorative border.
Orig. blind & gilt stamped brown cloth, re-cased. $500.00 (trade discount
allowed)
See Bigmore & Wyman p. 371-373. This work was printed in 4 sizes; 32mo.,
16mo., 8vo. and royal 8vo. Ours is the largest, with the addition of an engraved
title page to each volume.
