FRIEND, JOHN J. (of Bangor, Maine.)  THE LOSS OF THE STEAMSHIP 
TITANIC, IN LOVING REMEMBRANCE OF THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES ON BOARD 
THE STEAMSHIP TITANIC.  N.P., N.D., [1912].   Broadside, approx. 13 
3/4 X 8 3/4 inches, just the slightest wear. At the top: a 4 X 8 inch 
b & w picture of the ship.  (80-line poem in 2 columns. OCLC locates 
only 1 copy - at Middle Tennessee State
University.  Accompanied by a newspaper clipping dated May 2nd with a 
picture of Capt. Smith's grieving widow and infant child. Friend also 
published in 1911 a pamphlet on the Bangor Fire.
