Lippincott & Co. 1859. Folio (14” x 11-1/4”). 104pp. Illustrated with 136 
engraved plates (62 tinted and 12 in full color). Orig. brown cloth stamped in gilt, 
some soiling, nicely rebacked in brown cloth, the original spine label laid 
down. Small faded water stain at bottom blank margin of frontispiece and title. 
Old embossed book store stamp on blank preliminaries.     $1,250.00 (trade

Mostly on the designs of city houses, (particularly of Philadelphia row 
houses) and ornamental store fronts. Included are churches, public buildings, 
measured floor plans, and designs for central heating. A scarce book.
