imprimatur leaf, but possibly lacking a frontispiece portrait (see notation). 
20th c. 1/2 calf, gilt, over older marbled boards. Outer leaves lightly foxed.    
 $2,500.00 (trade discount allowed)
Very scarce. The OCLC description does not call for a frontispiece, but the 
only copy at auction in the last 30 years (2004, selling for $4,368.00) did 
have a frontispiece. Wing B5450.
