Edition.  Octavo  (4-1/4" x 7") bound in later calf recently  rebacked
with  the  original spine laid down. Translated out of the Italian  by
Edward  Dacres,  this  Second Edition is much corrected  and  amended.
[22],  686,  [2]  pages. THE PRINCE has a separate  title  page  dated
1673.  A very early edition in English of this classic. Near Fine  but
for lacking the engraved portrait.                            $1500.00
