lightly water stained, some  worming affecting the last affecting the last thirty leaves, overall 
the  contents are crisp. Initial letter spaces mostly with guide letters,  contemporary vellum 
with a modern paper title label pasted onto the spine,  overall a good copy with spacious

page, 562 wood engravings in the text, contemporary panelled calf rebacked and with red 
and green title labels, the leather is worn along the edges, title page lightly soiled, some dust 
soiling along the top edges of the pages, two worm holes through the last 230 pages 
affecting some letters, overall the contents are crisp. (320 x 205 mm).
